We provide a full range of services to those living in Bristol. The helpline is also available to those living in other parts of the UK. The service is not currently
available to those living outside these areas.
We have re-opened our face-to-face services within Bristol & are in the process of contacting existing clients about the additional services we can provide. Please call our helpline for further details and to arrange a face-to-face.
Our helpline will be closed from 3pm on Tuesday 31 May until 10am on Tuesday 7 June 2022 for the longer UK bank holiday weekend.

The helpline number is 01179500020
& open 10am to 3pm Mon to Thurs.
The helpline is often very busy & may not be able to return calls, so please keep trying. Our phone system is improving with a new structure in place by 2 April 2022. Unfortunately, we rarely offer support or in-depth advice via emails, but can arrange callbacks in specific cases.

For administrative or office queries please phone 0117 9500058 & ask to speak to Patrick.
