Our helpline is open Mondays to Wednesdays 10am to 3pm & Thursdays 11am to 3pm & the number is 01179500020. The helpline will be closed on the 3 public holidays in May: Mondays 1, 8 and 29 May. The helpline will re-open on Tuesdays at 10am during these weeks. The helpline is often very busy & may not be able to return calls, so please keep trying or email us for a call back.

We provide a full range of services to those living in Bristol. The helpline is also available to those living in other parts of the UK. The service is not currently available to those living outside these areas.

We have re-opened our face-to-face services within Bristol & have contacted our existing clients about the additional services we can provide. Please call our helpline for further details and to arrange a face-to-face.

If you would like to make a donation, please click below or contact us. We are awaiting news on our public funding, so every penny of donation will help continue our invaluable service.
